"I would like to build on the info we already have on our town. Always looking for photos, newpaper clippings, and any other dealings with our town. I am working on building books to be put at the Town Hall for the public to view. Anyone wanting to donate items of allow me to borrow to make copies, would be appreciated.
I am also going to be working on rebuilding the genealogy base as I only have names from the history reports. Anyone willing to share theirs or want info, please contact me." ~ Barb Lambert
Lyndon was formed from Franklinville ~ January 24, 1829. Its name was changed to "Elgin" on April 7, 1857 ~ and back to Lyndon on April 16, 1858.
