Lyndon, New York is a town in Cattaraugus County. The population was 707 at the 2010 Census. The Town of Lyndon is located just north of the center of the eastern border of Cattaraugus County. Lyndon is often described as a "bedroom" community, having no industry or commercial property.  Improved property is primarily residential, recreational, and farming.
